NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you.
