In unserem kleinen gemütlichen Apartment nahe des Rottacher Zentrums laden wir dich herzlich auf eine erholsame Zeit ein. Zu Fuß sind verschiedenste Restaurants & Bars erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt, eine Drogerie, eine Tankstelle und ein Bäcker sind nur ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbstverständlich da. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Our bright and welcoming holiday apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare lakeside sauna. The boat tour's landing stage is opposite, as is a public car park, which, however, only allows free parking for half an hour and is then very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the Tegernsee central car park.
