Our home is in the area of SUNNYSIDE! you can walk(15 min)to the lake, beach, food market, kids park, pickle ball and 5 restaurants from the house. You can hear ward creek from the house. A 40 mile bike path from the house. We have a game room air hockey, shuffle board, foosball, corn hole, frisbee golf. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and BBQ. Backdoor hiking and TRT trail crosses our street. Ask about free shuttle from house directly to (sherwood chair if open ) Alpine and Palisades.

Close to HOA beach, Firesign, and Sunnyside resort. FYI, Placer County allows us to host 8 adults (13 years and older) plus 8 children 12 years old and younger. We cannot accept a reservation for more than 8 adults.
