The house is on a lot with large trees and a great sled run in the backyard. It is within twenty minutes of ski resorts: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood. Also close to Nordic skiing (Paige Meadows), sledding (Granlibakken), biking, river rafting, hiking, beaches, golfing and water sports. Ask me about the good thrift stores in town. :)
