Enjoy the ocean view and fall asleep to the sound of waves rolling in. Live next door to the houses where the Wallander movies were filmed. Our fishing ground in Svarte has a plot that goes all the way down to the beach by the Baltic Sea. On the large wooden deck, you have access to a dining table for six people and under a rain-protected canopy roof, there is a small sofa. Visit Svarte beach and swim from the jetty or eat something good at the café. By train from Svarte, you can get to Ystad (4 min), Malmö (40 min) or Copenhagen (60 min)

If you take a walk along the fields in the rural landscape you get to Svarte. There you'll find a train station, a lovely sandy beach and a cozy beach cafe. Skönadal is close by Ystad och you can also visit lovely Österlen, Abbekås harbour, Mossbylund Spa, Ystad Zoo, Snogeholm's walking area and several beautiful castles.

Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar.
