Absolutely gorgeous place to stay with stunning scenery and walks from the air bnb and a short drive to the local amenities. Loved my stay here very comfortable.

We are glad we booked Jo’s property for our last days of our holiday. It was perfect for we just want to literally slow down and rest. The property is so peaceful. The house itself is so spacious and spotless clean. It was lovely to play with the animals especially the little lambs. There was also a little water stream and a swing which is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. I had some minor allergy attack when we arrive and Jo was kind enough to provide some medication to help me feel better. Love to come back again in the future for sure.

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. from our first contact Caroline and Karen were really helpful , all our queries were answered, on arrival it was as described and really clean. The 8nstructions to get in were spot on. There was everything we needed for a fantastic stay. the walk to Fountains Abbey was enjoyable. To top it all the weather was glorious.
