Here, you will stay only 20 metres from the beach, swimming area and barbecue area in a quiet and peaceful area. The cottage has two balconies with morning and afternoon sun, sea views and proximity to both forest and nature. Enjoy walks, bike rides or relaxing with a book in the sun lounger by the sea. A shop, gym, bakery and pharmacy are about 9 km away, Birsta shopping centre is 11 km away and Stenstan is 20 km away.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
