The courtyard house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a peaceful environment. In the old part, visible timber walls. Several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

The red cabin in Ulvsjön

Unwind with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, just 15 minutes from the centre of Sweden. Enjoy the space as Enriched with fishing waters, forest walks, close to the beach, access to a wood-fired hot tub, and the option to hire a float. Close to the bathhouse; a grocery store and restaurant are 20 kilometres away. The cabin has a glazed balcony. There are two bedrooms with bunk beds, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed that can be made up for two people. There is a dog run next to where Gullan and Kajsa live during the day; at night, they are not in the dog run.

Welcome to Toppstugan on scenic Storholmen outside Sundsvall/Alnö. The island has rich nature and exciting history as a coastal fortress. Three cannons are today preserved on the island. The cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The view is unbeatable with sea views both north and south. Transportation is by own boat or booked boat transport with us. Price: SEK 300/person round trip Storholmen-Spikarna. Time as agreed with us. Option to rent a boat for SEK 250 per day

Höga Kusten! From SEK 500/night

This is a cozy farmhouse that is in close proximity (about 15m) to the main building. Wifi. Netflix Noraström is well located geographically close to everything in Högakusten, 5 km to Högakusten Bridge, 20 km to the National Park, from here you can quickly get on the E4 from our farmhouse. The cottage has sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels prepared for each guest before you arrive. We take care of the cleaning after your visit, including washing the bed linens. We use self check-in!

Farmhouse in Söråker

Välkommen till Lillhuset, vårt gårdshus med lugnt läge centralt i Söråker. Här bor ni bekvämt med plats för 3-4 personer. Sovplatserna är fördelade på ett sovrum med en mindre dubbelsäng och enkelsäng, i vardagsrummet finns bäddsoffa. Wifi och TV med Chromecast. Husdjur är välkomna, 2 katter bor på gården. Laddare för elbil finns, debiteras faktisk kostnad/förbrukning enligt aktuellt elpris. Vänligen notera att vi endast hyr ut till privatpersoner, inte till företag eller via ombud.

Ortsjöns Hästgård

Newly-renovated bakery cottage right in the heart of a horse farm. Only 15 km from the E4, in a peaceful environment overlooking both nature and farm life. Close to lake and swimming area. The cottage has all the comforts, sleeps 2-3 people. Fully equipped kitchen with wood stove, stove, fridge and baking oven. Towels and bed linen included. Upon arrival, there are also fresh eggs from the farm in the fridge! If you want to visit the farm's horses or cows, we'll arrange it.

Slappna av i detta lugna boende vackert beläget med fin utsikt vid älven Ljungan. Privat brygga som man kan ta ett morgondopp vid. Två SUP med flytvästar finns också att låna. Endast ca 1km från Matfors centrum där det finns butiker, restauranger etc. Stora altaner och trädgård för relax. Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)

Gårdshuset

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

The Cookhouse

Partially renovated cottage with new bathroom and kitchen. Beach plot with its own dock. Bedroom 1 2 beds in a double bed. Kitchen Newly renovated and equipped with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, etc. Living room Renovated with new surfaces but where a rustic wooden floor and ceiling have also been preserved. Restored fireplace (not in use). 2 beds in a pull-out sofa bed. See photos. Bathrooms Newly-built bathroom equipped with old-style tiles and clinkers.

Loft with ocean view

Slappna av i detta unika, havsnära och lugna boende. Du bor i ett eget loft med en stor balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt. Strand ligger 200m bort och klippbad ca 500m. Egen WC finns i boender. Dock Ej dusch men går vid behov att skölja av sig i havet eller med hink i bastuhuset. Det finns även möjlighet att hyra till Bastu, SUP 2st samt ett extra sovrum med våningssäng på nedervåningen. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation in a rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields in Berga village. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
