The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Welcome to our home! We offer a bright and airy apartment in the center of Härnösand in the picturesque district of Östanbäcken. The apartment has two rooms, one bedroom and one living room (total 59 sqm) and it is located on the second floor of our courtyard house. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and in the living room, there is a day bed that can be transformed into a double bed. Unfortunately, there is no door to the living room, but we have put up a curtain that can be drawn. Parking is just outside.

Lägenheten har ett kök, sovrum, vardagsrum, finns även en tvättmaskin om det skulle behöva lånas. Handdukar finns att låna, sängen är bäddad med rena sängkläder när ni kommer. När ni sedan lämnar lägenheten så vill jag gärna att den ser ut som när ni kom, bädda rent med nya sängkläder och lägg fram rena handdukar, töm och släng sopor och placera nya soppåsar.
