These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Unique beach location in Gullvik, Höga kusten

Relax in this unique and relaxing accommodation. Enjoy the ocean constantly changing at its own beach. Here you have access to nearby hiking trails Or why not take a warming sauna or a 38 degree bath in your own jacuzzi? Gullvik's sea bath, you can reach within 2 km. The nearest grocery store is 9 km away. 16 km to Örnsköldsvik's centre with Paradisbadet and Skyttis cross-country ski track. You will find several slalom slopes in the municipality. In winter, there are snowshoes to borrow, two bicycles in summer

This cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Sauna - enjoy a relaxing sauna after a day of adventure Pool - take a dip in our temperate pool (June 1 - August 31)

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Välkommen till denna oas på vackra Hemsön, i världsarvet Höga Kusten. Här bor du bara ett stenkast från havet, med tillgång till en liten strand (delas med värden) där du kan starta dagen med ett morgondopp eller njuta av kvällssolen i stillhet. Två roddbåtar (med flytvästar att låna) finns att tillgå. Vill ni även pröva fiskelyckan finns det fiskegrejer att låna. Kolgrill finns på altanen.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation in a rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields in Berga village. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.

A house located close to Hallstaberget and Hallstabacken with good conditions for slalom and cross-country skiing. Perfect if you want to experience nature but still be centrally located in Sollefteå. The house is on two floors where the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living room are downstairs. Newly renovated downstairs with new kitchen.
