Rum 3 har en enkelsäng, ett skrivbord och en garderob. Vardagsrummet har ett stort matbord med plats för 8 personer. Köket är fullt utrustat och har även ett matbord med plats för fyra personer. Ny kyl och frys. Toalett med dusch finns på övervåningen. Källarvåningen har en gillestuga med braskamin och en säng (120 cm). Här finns även bastu, toalett, dusch, tvättmaskin och ett arbetsrum.
