On the front, there is a small balcony in a sunny location. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Basic kitchen equipment is available. TV is available with access to Telia's "big package." A Chromecast is also available for those who want to stream from their mobile. WiFi included.

Sjöstugan is located at Björköfjärden, Both Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cabin there is a wooden deck. Year built 2009. The house has a full kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The house has one bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses. Outside there are tables and sun chairs. In the winter when the ice is on, it's a great location for winter fishing, ice skating, or skiing.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.
