This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 6 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. On the Hidaard mound, you will stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house has a spacious kitchen-diner and 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. If you book for 2 people, you will get the lower floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, a sweeping view and the cosy warmth of the wood-burning stove.

This beautiful building has been completely restored in 2024/2025. This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and is situated in the heart of Workum overlooking the harbor and the large church. All the shops, restaurants and museums are within walking distance. One of the most beautiful town squares in Friesland, "De Merk," is just a stone's throw away. There is a lot of parking space around the cottage. Even trucks are no problem.

Villa Scorpio is a 6-12-person holiday home at Villapark Mooi Gaasterland, suitable for small groups and families. The warm villa has a large kitchen, fully equipped, a spacious living room with large sitting and dining area to eat and an extra reading and playroom. In total there are 8 bedrooms (4 2-person and 4 1-person) all with their own bathroom. Bed linen and towels for all guests provided!!
