In a nutshell: 70 m², 5-10 minutes' walk to the beach (the beach that can be seen in the pictures), ideal for families with children, athletes (windsurfing/kitesurfing, wakeboarding, golf, cycling) and peace seekers. :-) We bought the apartment in 2019 and renovated it in the spring of 2020. Relax in this cozy vacation apartment on the second floor on Strandhafenweg in Fehmarn. The balcony offers sea views and a view of the Fehmarn Sound Bridge – just about 100 meters from the beach. This 49-square-meter (527-square-foot) apartment, decorated in a cozy style, can accommodate up to 4–5 guests, with a double bed and a French bed. Kitchen and bathroom are currently being renovated – first rental from May. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and parking available in front of the house.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Hello and welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Recently completely renovated, this apartment in an old captain's house leaves nothing to be desired. On 100m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Fiber-optic internet ensures perfect Wi-Fi. Historic farmhouse lovingly restored.

Ideal for weddings and family gatherings, conferences and workshops. On a gigantic 350 square meter area. One of the few typical Fehmarn farmhouses, mostly preserved in their original state, of a formerly large-scale farm complex, which have shaped the rural image of the vacation island with their independent character. The house was restored in 2012/13 and 2017/18 with a lot of love for detail. As a result, a real rarity has been preserved.
