You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

A nice home... for a nice time. We are happy to share our farm with our guests. You can expect a lovingly designed apartment with a terrace in the natural garden and in grass and flower roofs, an Icelandic horse and ponies, swing, inground trampoline, table tennis, foosball, kettcar and balance bikes. The property is fenced. Shopping 300 m. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, the third room is open, equipped with a sofa bed. Central heating is available.
