My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Bärbel's Panoramic Hut

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time.
