Cozy Top-Floor Apartment

Located in the attic of a residential house you will find a flat with one bedroom, a spacious lobby, an infrared sauna and shower. There is a direct shuttle to the Red Bull Circuit in Spielberg available from the flat's town. The shuttle takes 50 minutes per direction and drops you off right at the circuit. I put the details into the photos - you can contact me too for more information. The shuttle leaves early in the morning (8:20AM) and returns in the evening.

The suite is 70 m2 in size, with wooden floors, partly with old solid wood furniture, a well-equipped kitchen with a cosy sitting area, a beautiful bathroom/shower and a separate toilet. There is the option of sitting outside, and there is a herb garden for guests. The nearby forest offers marked hiking trails, and a bike path can be reached in two minutes. The car can be parked free of charge at the accommodation. Bus stops are 10 minutes away.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time.
