Approximately 3 km from the center of Bad Aussee, 4 km from the train station and only 2 km from the beautiful Grundlsee. With free parking (also for campers), Wi-Fi, private bathroom and toilet for each room, balcony, terrace, hunting room, guest room, satellite TV, fridge, cold drinks, coffee, tea and snacks. The lake is a 5-minute walk and the next largest city of Villach or Feldkirchen can be reached by car in about 13-15 minutes.

We rent a simple and functional guest room in a Styrian farmhouse. Here in the courtyard of the Upper Community there are sheep, cats and the loving dog Minnie. The place invites you to relax and come down from everyday stress. On the almost 2 hectares of space there are many quiet places where you can relax.
