The architect terraced house was built in 2021 and in the immediate vicinity of the lake, living room on 3 floors with a terrace and garden stored in front. The living room as well as the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs. The attic features rooftop terrace views. The basement includes a generous game and gym! The low-energy house is always cool and doesn't need air conditioning.

My place is close to the Planai West gondola station - approx. 5 minutes by ski bus, there is a great view, a private sauna in the house, a small garden with barbecue, coziness, comfortable beds, a kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Our guests can also use a "charging station" directly at the house for free! Pets are welcome! You pay an extra €15/night per pet.
