We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with wonderful views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep, the snow-safe Grebenzen ski resort is a few minutes away. On the spacious, partially covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshipers will get their money's worth here

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
