Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Relax in Kraichgau

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

Eco half-timbered house Black Forest: nature, animals, birds!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Tiny house in a quiet location on the outskirts - energy self-sufficient

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". It is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, dining, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via ladders and require surefootedness. Mattress sizes: 2x90/200 and 2x90/195 New type of house with a high level of energy independence. Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

Hygge in Hohenlohe? - The word "Hygge" comes from the Scandinavian. It describes a special feeling of coziness, familiarity and security. In the approx. 35 square meter vacation home you will find a special, warm atmosphere and can simply escape the stress of everyday life. The spacious terrace and the unique view of the Steinbach Valley has its own charm in every season. The cozily furnished cottage invites you to feel good and relax.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.

What can you reach in a 15-minute walk: In just a 5-minute walk you are at Ludwigsburg Palace, in 10 minutes at the baroque market square of the city center. A bus stop to the city center and to Ludwigsburg train station is a 2-minute walk away. From Ludwigsburg train station, trains run to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. The journey time is about 15 minutes.
