We rent out our charming guest house (attefall) which is situated in the woods at the top of Solbringen above Åre on the slope of Totthummeln. Small path to the village, 20 minutes walking distance down and about double (and a little sweat on the boiler) on the way home. The guesthouse is located with connection to Solstigen which goes around Totthummeln - the perfect accommodation for those who want nature, forest air and a peaceful stay - but who at the same time want to be able to go to restaurants inside Åre.

Guest apartment in Östersund

Guest apartment outside villa 2,7 km from downtown Östersund. Apartment with 1 room with sofa bed 120 cm, kitchenette, fridge, microwave, shower and toilet. Plan garden in quiet area. The property is next door to Östersundstravet, 800 meters to Storsjöbadet and camping and about 1 km to Lillänge shopping center. Duvet covers, pillows and cleaning equipment are available. Please bring your own bedding. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent bed linen and towels (SEK 50/person).

Many who have stayed with us point out the beautiful view of the lake and mountains and the silence. We even have a towering creek running next to the cabin that creates a soothing sound that our guests pointed out and enjoy. WiFi is available in the cabin. Cottage located on our house with nice location 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Private kitchen, shower/toilet. Underfloor heating. Parking in our unit.

The Lill house

Välkomna till Lill-huset! Komplett boende med skogen runt knuten och närhet till stan. På Östbergets nordvästra sida med skogen och naturstigarnas början knappt 100m från dörren. 5 min promenad till närmsta busshållsplats, täta förbindelser med centrum och resten av Östersund. Eller 30-40 min promenad in till stan (i nerförsbacke!). Fråga gärna om ni vill ha tips på kortare eller längre utflykter.

Welcome to our cozy cottage of 25 sqm overlooking Storsjön and Östersund. You get into central Östersund by car or bus. It takes about 10 minutes by car. Parking space is directly adjacent to the accommodation. Nearby the house there is a snowmobile trail that takes you up to Svartsjöarna outdoor area.
