The apartment has ski in-ski out with access to the entire Åres lift system, ski rental and shops as well as restaurants around the corner and just over 500 m to the cross-country trails 1-15 km with electric light track 3 and 5 km. The bus to Åre is within walking distance. Balcony in the southwest, view of Åredalen/Åre Skutan. You need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases and towels, it is fine to wash during the week as we have a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with most things you need, as well as spices, flour, etc. We have an ironing board and iron.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. Bus station 200 m to take you to the village core. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about a 20 minute walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. However, sheets are NOT included. Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs which is located at Revsundssjön. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty errors. The house gives a lovely home feeling with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice view. Nice patio with large lawn is available in the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cat has been in the home.

Less than 20 minutes' walk to the city centre, where you have everything Östersund has to offer. Along the beach promenade, there is a marina, nice bike parks and Birgers playground. A beach with a swimming area and jetty 3 minutes down the hill! Close to the lookout point on the Frösöberget. Coop is just 5 minutes away and the bus stop is around the corner.

The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

The Stuga is our guest house in the garden, available when it's not to cold. It's a simple little cottage without running water. There is space for 2 guests. One bed on the floor and one bed under the roof. The bathroom is in the main house.
