Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the apartment and ICA can be found 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

During the winter the area is ideal for cross-country skiing and snowmobile excursions, and in the summer there are nice swimming and fishing opportunities.

It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
