L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una piccola palazzina situata proprio sul porticciolo del paese. Ha un ingresso autonomo ed una bella vista sul mare, grazie alla comoda veranda in cui trascorrere piacevoli ore di relax, prendere un aperitivo e consumare i pasti godendo della brezza serale. Il soggiorno, la cucina e le due camere da letto, con annesso un bagno ciascuna, completano l'appartamento. Il clima mite della Sardegna consente piacevoli vacanze non solo in piena estate

Questa casa è dotata di due bagni interni e una doccia esterna, due camere da letto, una cucina attrezzata e una piccola area living. All'esterno è presente un grande terrazzo con tavolo in legno ed ombrellone, accompagnato da sdraio in tek: l'ambiente perfetto per godere del panorama! Il terrazzo è delimitato da piante mediterranee che esaltano ancor più la vista mozzafiato sul mare della Pelosa e sull'isola Asinara. Per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi si impiegano circa 5 minuti.
