Family-friendly holiday rentals in Stintino

We had a nice stay at the house — it had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Even though there was no running water for three days due to an external issue, the host quickly improvised a solution with a water container so we could still manage daily needs, which we really appreciated. The house was well-equipped and clean, perfect for a relaxing stay. A small downside was the pool, which is quite small and not too deep and The neighbour too noisy every morning . Overall, a good experience and a helpful host.

There's a reason it's called Costa Paradiso... The location is a true paradise with a breathtaking view completely immersed in nature. It is a paradise for those who want to spend a holiday in complete tranquility without giving up all comforts. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, super clean and everything there (except a filter coffee machine🥴). The garden of the complex and the pool could use a little more care, but this has nothing to do with the landlord. In any case, we were very satisfied and Iganzio is a great contact.

If we could give a score of 10 out of 5, we would do it without hesitation. We couldn't ask for anything more, the accommodation is just perfect. Daniele is so friendly and responsive. Nothing to complain about.

We rented the apartment mainly because of the jacuzzi and the view. We weren't disappointed here! It was just a dream to start and end the day in this one. The temperature of the hot tub in April at 20*C air temperature for us was absolutely fine and not too cold for us and the 37*C of the hot tub was kept for several hours. Absolutely positive to mention is the friendly proactive nature of Christian, which definitely makes him a Superhost. His tips on which beaches and restaurants we should visit made this holiday unforgettable, as we were able to visit the breathtaking highlights of the area in a short time! Thanks Christian! The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

top tip: check every drawer and storage before you go shopping or beach. outside benches have storage that have toys and beach stuff, living room has extra kitchen bits. annex has washing machine and powder. we only noticed on our last day. kitchen has big and small pots, microwave, oven bits, lots and lots of cups bowls, toaster, coffee maker etc. two fridges and annex also has a fridge. there was 14 of us and at no point we run out. lots of towels available too for house and beach. Rosetta is amazing and very responsive. overall we had great time. lots of areas to relax and eat. we recommend the restaurant to the right up the hill as you leave the road, it's cheaper and food and atmosphere much better than the restaurant down the hill

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Stephanie’s villa. The place had everything we needed – a lovely pool, a barbecue area, and a fully equipped kitchen. At first, we were a bit worried about not being close to the beach, but just a 10-minute walk from the villa there's a stunning viewpoint on a cliff where you can watch the sun set into the sea – absolutely magical! The pool water was still a bit chilly during our stay, so we didn’t use it much, but that didn’t bother us. One thing to note: guests are expected to take all their trash with them when they leave. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of if you haven’t encountered that before. Overall, a great experience!

Thank you for a great stay. We especially liked the beautiful terrace. It was great to be able to eat and linger outside. The apartment is freshly renovated and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen with many kitchen utensils. A small highlight was the two friendly cats - so sweet! The location is very good to explore the north of the island, we will be happy to come back.

Angelo and Matteo were amazing hosts! Always available and very helpful. They help us in the Check In. We went with my in-laws and it was spacious, clean and so comfortable the house! The decoration are lovely! It is close to Alghero and Sassari, many things to do around it between boat tours and hiking!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-meal household chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, and dinner on the shady terrace at sunset was a treat. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches nearby. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German was also done. We highly recommend the place.

Beautiful apartment in a very quiet area. An excellent starting point for all the most beautiful beaches in Stintino. A very simple self check-in and, Marco, is always ready to respond and help, as well as recommend beaches, restaurants, places to visit...a great experience that made the holiday even more enjoyable. Well-kept, tidy accommodation with everything you need. In all situations and throughout the holiday, the host was always very responsive, friendly, nice and professional. The accommodation is in a strategic location with restaurants and activities within walking distance and all the most beautiful beaches and departures for tours to Asinara a short distance away by car. In the evening and at night, everything is very quiet and, having windows on both sides of the accommodation, you can get the air circulating well and stay cool. We were 4 adults and 2 children and we had a great time. For my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, they also provided a cot complete with sheets and a high chair for eating. I can only thank and recommend others to stay in this accommodation. Thank you!!

Sara's villa is a great place to have a good time with family or girlfriend. The property and incredibly large, as well as the pool. There is a lot of space inside the villa, so there are plenty of retreat options. The villa exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be happy to come back. This is not least because of Sara, who is a great hostess.

We had a delightful stay at Elvira's house. It's a beautifully designed house in a quiet spot in the hills with incredible views. It has lots of nice al fresco dining spots, a really nice pool, table tennis, and 4 good sized bedrooms. The sun room near the pool is also great - our kids enjoyed playing in there with the various toys and games that they found. We ended up spending two of our days just at the house all day as we liked it so much. We ended up parking at the bottom of the path for most of the stay as I found it more comfortable than driving up the steep path each time, though we did take our Nissan Juke to the top of the path on the night we arrived. I'm sure plenty of people are happy to park at the top, but you have both options. Elvira was very friendly and welcoming, having met us when we arrived to guide us and give us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed and had a really relaxing and enjoyable week at the house - I'd definitely recommend it to others!

From the beginning, we felt at home with Maria and Stefano. Check-in was possible earlier, as agreed. They have always been very interested in knowing whether we are satisfied with everything. From various recommendations for restaurants to tips on how to get to which beaches, both were always at our side on request. It is particularly great that each room has its own bathroom and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In addition, an open kitchen with plenty of seating inside AND outside on the shady terrace. The pool and garden are very well maintained and you feel like you are in a botanical garden. The property is close to a central transport link, but is absolutely quiet, you live in the middle of a huge villa or garden. In short, there is hardly anything left to be desired for a relaxing and restful holiday. A great family holiday with the kids. Many thanks to Maria and Stefano.

Just great! We felt so at home! The communication with Valeria was simply great and Valeria is also great. We fell in love with this house and the area and actually didn't want to leave! We definitely want to go back to Valeria. The peace and seclusion is simply magnificent. Super beautiful sunsets, just great!

The location of the apartment is great. The beach is quickly accessible, but you should take bathing shoes with you, as there are a lot of rocks in the water. In the immediate vicinity are many restaurants and also a supermarket. The apartment is lovingly furnished. There is plenty of everything. The equipment of the kitchen is very good. Even for the beach, everything was available. Unfortunately, the apartment did not have free Wi-Fi directly, but only at the main point of the apartment complex. The terrace is very pleasant, as it is located to the north and you can relax here wonderfully. The host is very friendly and gave us good tips for the area. We can only recommend the apartment.

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.
