Excellent location to visit Pelosa beach and to catch the ferry to Assinara, minutes away from both. The apartment has everything you need and more. It's spotlessly clean and had many little touches that is a real credit to the owners who live nextdoor. They gave us a warm welcome and allowed us extra time on the departure date. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

Apartment attached to the beach that also with the mistral is among the most sheltered in the area, also walking nearby there is a supermarket and a practical restaurant. Clean and comfortable apartment. Paola was very nice, in addition to the useful tips, knowing that I was arriving at night alone with 3 children, she made me find what I needed for breakfast. A 5-star host.

Beautiful villa in quiet and quiet residential setting in Rena Maiore village. The villa is well kept with two bedrooms, living room and large outdoor veranda with convenient parking next door. Only the bathroom would need to be renovated. We really liked the location of Rena Maiore, which allows you to reach all the most beautiful beaches in the area in a few minutes. Santa Teresa di Gallura can be reached in just 10/15 minutes and is very convenient for doing grocery and for evening walks. We also appreciated the Piazzetta di Rena Maiore where there are several shops, bars and restaurants for small daily needs. Gianmarco and Nicola have always been easily accessible and available. We were welcomed by Nicola who was very kind and also provided us with directions to the beaches and clubs in the area. Highly recommended solution for those who want to take a nice beach vacation in this area.

Perfect experience, beautiful house and furata in every detail,complete with everything and everything perfectly in order. There are 5 of us, adequate size of the apartment. Impeccable and absolutely recommended.

Everything is fine, a quiet place and well connected despite the roads in Sardinia

Our 15-day stay went very well. Marco is a very friendly and responsive host, which is very reassuring. The pool is at the foot of the stairs of the apartment, the beautiful beach is 1min32 from the apartment, our daughter had fun timing. Very nice and large beach we were not at all on top of each other. We recommend eyes closed. Thanks again Marco 😀

We just returned from our vacation in Bosa where we had a really great time. The place is spacious and very nice. A very spacious double bedroom where we were able to quietly accommodate a camping bed. Linens are available for an additional cost of €15. Simona, who works with Marcolina, was very kind and always available. Not having reservations for the next day also regarding the check-out time they were flexible so we were able to calmly settle in before departure with the toddler. The apartment is in a very convenient location. A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the center of Bosa by crossing the bridge. Also under the house, parking is always available. The sea is a two-minute drive away. I highly recommend this place to those in the area.

The house is even better than the photos, clean and spacious. This is perfect and the location is correct if you want to move around the most beautiful areas of the island. The host has been friendly and attentive, responds quickly, and is proactive in resolving potential issues. The house is equipped, except for sheets and towels which have an extra cost. Recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is perfectly located for excursions in the northeast of Sardinia. Giulia is a great hostess, welcomed us very warmly and gave many tips for the region. Also during our stay, she was always available for questions and very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a nice vacation, is very clean and well equipped. The large outdoor area for dining, barbecuing and relaxing is an additional plus. You can go swimming in the sea at any time through the bathing area across the street. The residential area is (at least in autumn) very quiet and relaxed, the small city center with many restaurants is only 5 minutes walking distance. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The house has a unique charm, and is very lovingly, stylishly and tastefully decorated. It has it all! We loved it and felt very comfortable there. (We couldn't see “maintenance issues” or “outdated facility”). With the terrace into the shaded garden and the air conditioning in the top attic, we also slept as relaxed as before in the east and south of Sardinia (despite air conditioning). The house has everything for a relaxing stay. Maristella is a wonderful suburb of Alghero: both the old town and many magical beaches and coves are within easy reach. A small house beach in the morning and evening for visiting and abading also on foot, otherwise (as usually in Sardinia, already because of the heat) a car/rental car is helpful. Marina is the nicest host you can think of. We will always remember the week and the meeting.

The views were absolutely incredible! The house was very well located, and you can easily walk to several places (as long as you don’t mind a hill). Definitely recommended!

The stay in Simonetta's apartment was perfect. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting the host personally, but he gave us all the directions to self check-in and provided us with a lot of valuable information for visiting the beaches and activities in the area. The apartment was clean and matched the photos. The gem is the courtyard with the barbecue perfect for relaxing evenings. The location is ideal: a 10-minute walk from the center of Stintino and its marina for boat trips to the island of Asinara; 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Pelosa beach. We will be happy to come back the next time we come to Stintino. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice, equipped with all the comforts and with a nice space outside where you can always eat fresh. The beaches nearby are beautiful, one of the most beautiful beaches within a 5-minute drive. There was great availability from Bruna for both check-in and suggestions. Recommended!

Exotic stay and away from all disturbances except the cicadas, beautiful view , complete disconnection (no network) it feels good 👍

Very satisfied with the place, clean and functional. Same as photos and description. WiFi and pool is a plus. I thank Flora for all the information and his responsiveness and Roberto for his presence, concerned about our well-being. I highly recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at Nicolò's. The apartment was super clean and very well equipped, especially the terrace was great. The only drawback was that I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for four adults, as the bunk bed is more suitable for children. Communication was friendly, even though we unfortunately did not meet Nicolò in person. The location is also good, you can walk to Stintino in 10 minutes and quickly reach all beaches by car. We would come back!

Vincenzo is a very helpful and friendly host. Due to our early arrival and late departure, we were allowed to use the house earlier and longer. There was a nice reception package ready and later Vincenco came to meet you in person. He is busy renovating the house. My husband is also in construction. Together, they looked at the home for further adjustments. Very nice! We had a wonderful time and saw a lot!
