Townhouse holiday rentals in Stintino

The apartment matches the photos and description. It is very clean and not far from the center of the village on foot. The view from the balcony is beautiful, sunset or sunrise guaranteed;-) depending on when you are there. We had a wonderful stay. Emanuela is great, very good tips, small places, and super nice. If I can, I would recommend this place. Badesi is a typical village with some local shops and is located halfway to the north west and north east. Happy hosting in Emanuela and happy holidays to the next;-)

We stayed at Federica’s place when visiting Bosa and the surroundings, really accesible after only a 7 min drive. The place has a stunning view, a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. Couldn’t have asked for more really!

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

Easy to reach house with easy to reach shaded parking space, the house has a breathtaking view in a location that allows you to reach Castelsardo on foot without problems, the house is hospitable comfortable and very clean, white is a helpful and very kind host, I highly recommend it to everyone

The apartment is great, located right at the sea, just a few steps away from the beach with an awesome view from the balcony. We were here with two little kids and it was perfect. Antonello was very easy to communicate with, he was ready to help with everything we needed, I am sure we will be back.

The house is even better than the photos, clean and spacious. This is perfect and the location is correct if you want to move around the most beautiful areas of the island. The host has been friendly and attentive, responds quickly, and is proactive in resolving potential issues. The house is equipped, except for sheets and towels which have an extra cost. Recommended!!

We had a great stay at Giulia’s! She was very friendly and helpful. The place is super clean and a great location if you want to be close to the beaches, but a quieter location than right in Alghero. The sweets she provided are definitely noteworthy, we visited and bakery and highly recommend it as well 😊

The house has a unique charm, and is very lovingly, stylishly and tastefully decorated. It has it all! We loved it and felt very comfortable there. (We couldn't see “maintenance issues” or “outdated facility”). With the terrace into the shaded garden and the air conditioning in the top attic, we also slept as relaxed as before in the east and south of Sardinia (despite air conditioning). The house has everything for a relaxing stay. Maristella is a wonderful suburb of Alghero: both the old town and many magical beaches and coves are within easy reach. A small house beach in the morning and evening for visiting and abading also on foot, otherwise (as usually in Sardinia, already because of the heat) a car/rental car is helpful. Marina is the nicest host you can think of. We will always remember the week and the meeting.

Perfect place to get to know the area, central,with easy parking ii with lots of proximity to all kinds of amenities.Good location,great for getting around the north of the island as we did and have a base spot near the beach. The house is spotless,new,with all the details, you are there like home.Fas a lot of exercise going up and down stairs.The beds are comfortable and resting well in being a quiet village,and at night it has quite refreshed. The very attentive and friendly hosts are very attentive to everything and waited for us on the day of arrival at an untimely hour because the flight was late and also came with retro. thank you Mario and Maria for your hospitality.

The stay in Simonetta's apartment was perfect. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting the host personally, but he gave us all the directions to self check-in and provided us with a lot of valuable information for visiting the beaches and activities in the area. The apartment was clean and matched the photos. The gem is the courtyard with the barbecue perfect for relaxing evenings. The location is ideal: a 10-minute walk from the center of Stintino and its marina for boat trips to the island of Asinara; 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Pelosa beach. We will be happy to come back the next time we come to Stintino. Highly recommended!

Well kept and clean apartment in a convenient location. Just outside of Alghero - so peaceful and calm, but with great access to beautiful beaches and also convenient for the airport. Easy car parking. Lovely view of the sea from one of the balconies.

UNFORGETTABLE STAY!! Brand new and beautiful apartment, beyond my expectations! Strategic location because it is located in a very quiet area but super convenient both to easily reach the centre on foot, and to reach (always on foot) some beaches such as Balai, freshwater and long rock. Beautiful and well-equipped masonry kitchen, very comfortable beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, beautiful outdoor area with sunshade for lunches, dinners or aperitifs, in short, I felt right at home! Not to mention the owners, exquisite people and always available for any doubt or request. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

Very satisfied with the place, clean and functional. Same as photos and description. WiFi and pool is a plus. I thank Flora for all the information and his responsiveness and Roberto for his presence, concerned about our well-being. I highly recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at Nicolò's. The apartment was super clean and very well equipped, especially the terrace was great. The only drawback was that I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for four adults, as the bunk bed is more suitable for children. Communication was friendly, even though we unfortunately did not meet Nicolò in person. The location is also good, you can walk to Stintino in 10 minutes and quickly reach all beaches by car. We would come back!

Vincenzo & Francesca have a beautiful apartment, especially if you want to enjoy Sardinia in peace. It is equipped with every comfort and on the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the bay. Maristella is a good starting point for visits to the region, such as Alghero and the many beautiful beaches nearby. We were there with 2 couples and 2 children who had their own room. They were very comfortable beds and pillows and a very nice kitchen. The apartment is located on a quiet, dead-end street, so sitting downstairs on the terrace is also very pleasant.
