We felt very comfortable at the place. Very, very clean, great amenities and lots of details, that really deserves praise. You can see the benefits when a private host like Gian Luca and his mum take care of everything with a lot of love. We were able to barbecue three times, mega! We thought it was great overall! Tips for beaches: We found everything between Badesi and Marinedda better than the beach in La Caccia (but of course it's also good).

Super home and super host, the place where the house is located during which we were extinct from what we read on the net rather than in the season, it doesn't change much. However, the views from the cottage and the surrounding area compensate for the lack of people around. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a starting point for the half- and west coasts of Sardinia,and they have the strength to come back and urbex the neighborhood in which the house is located, because it is surprising.

We were very kindly and openly received by Gianfranco. He gave us a tour of the residence and took the time for a pleasant chat. Throughout our trip, he was always available for questions or tips, and we could go to him for extras we needed – such as a large bread knife, for example. The accommodation itself is exactly as in the photos, but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is in real life. Ideal for four adults! Everything was neat and clean, and the location is wonderfully quiet. The swimming pool is a real plus! The location is also great: just a 15-minute drive from Alghero airport and a perfect starting point for exploring other towns on the island. We only did the northern part of the island. We had a great vacation in the beautiful accommodation, very accommodating host, the house is great and the area is ideal for many nice excursions in the north of the island. We can recommend the place and would be happy to come back, thank you.

We really enjoyed our time at Massimiliano's place. Great were the drinks and groceries that were ready for us after a long drive. BBQ, oven, dishwasher...everything is available. The beach is only 1 minute walk away, which is great. We had a great week in Massimiliamo's apartment.

Thank you Antonella for letting us stay at your place. We were personally greeted on site with a fantastic landscape, right on the cliff with a great sunset. We really liked the little house, great kitchen equipment, beautiful furniture on the terrace to linger... everything just very relaxing and a lot, a lot of peace. As an older couple, we can only recommend Antonella's little house.

Had a fantastic stay. We were also able to check in early. The house is nicely secluded. In the evening, sitting outside for a long time. It is wise to bring some mosquito spray. The small supermarket is the town is close by to get bread in the morning. Nicky is super responsive if you need to know something. Unfortunately during our stay a problem with the internet provider that I think also provides the telephony signal. Also with your phone at the cottage not enough signal to be able to get messages. If you walk to the other side of the road, slightly up the hill, there is welcome. This location is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is exactly as described: clean, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, in a quiet area but well connected to the main points of interest. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to answer our questions and give us useful advice. Also, the welcome was warm and we felt right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and smooth experience. I'll definitely be back if I have the opportunity!

We had a great week at Gianluci's house. Our host took care of everything, the house was comfortable and cozy. The garden and porch are great. Great communication with the host, a wonderful home, and a beautiful neighborhood-it's a recipe for a successful vacation. We recommend it with all our heart and would love to come back one day:-)

A delightful apartment near the main amenities of Lu Bagnu, with a wonderful sea view terrace from which you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Pierfrancesco, Nazareno and Loredana were very kind and available to give us numerous info and suggestions, including a few tips for the dog beaches that can be reached even halfanhour by road. Super positive stay!

We stayed at Alessandro in April 2025. The place was very quiet and nice. The apartment is located in a residence in a beautiful environment close to many walks and beaches. The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and functional. Be careful, however there is no sea view contrary to what we thought.

Perfect beach holiday The place is just as seen on the photos. It was perfect for our family of 5 including 2 teens. The air conditioning is a life saver and the garden is perfect for dining outside and hanging clothes after a beach day. It is within walking distance from the beach and many great restaurants and shops. Other nice beaches are 15-20min by car. Luigi and Monica were very helpful and quick to answer questions we had during our stay. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

I arrived in Porto Torres by ship and car. Driving along the road to Nulvi is beautiful, a state road through the hills, pastures, birds of prey and behind the sea with the island of Asinara. The accommodation was very easy to reach and is super well-kept. When I arrived, Angela and Pablo welcomed me with love, showed me the room, invited me to participate in Yoga and gave me all the information... but what made my holiday even more beautiful is the love and care that Angela and Pablo had for me and transmitted to the place where they chose to live. I really felt like a family member. The heart is something that is priceless and they have managed to share theirs with me. I'm not just satisfied, I'm ecstatic, happy and full. I will always carry with me the smiles, the chats, the moments of meditation and pure sharing that you have generously given me. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts, Angela and Pablo 🩷

Great stay at Pietro and Tania's!! A big thank you for their hospitality, their generosity. We spent 11 days at their home, the house was perfectly equipped, everything is there for a great vacation, quiet and peaceful, and a very nice pool, we are delighted, we recommend ++++

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

We really appreciated that Diego greeted us in person. But the check in is flexible because there is a key box. He showed us everything and gave us tips for restaurants and excursions in the area. The view of the apartment is spectacular. After swimming in the sea, we also enjoyed the cool outdoor seating behind the house. Costa Paradiso has several beaches. You can snorkel between the rocks or swim on the fine sandy beach Li Cossi. With good shoes, you can leave the Li Cossi behind and hike along the coast to the secluded pebble beach Tinnari. Even in high season, there is little going on here, as the beach is only within walking distance. A highlight of the surroundings is Li Ferruli beach. 6 km of fine shallow sandy beach. A car is recommended, as Costa Paradiso is spacious and the island also needs to be explored outside (Alghero, Agentiera, Monte Limbari, Capo Testa, Tempio Pausania...). Wonderful!!!

The house is very well located, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of La Pelosa. The house was very well cared for and clean, it has a very pleasant outdoor space. The host, Giannella, is very helpful and welcoming. Excellent option for a few days at the beach in La Pelosa!

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!

Fantastic location. The balcony offers beautiful views of two sides of the oceans and the mountain in the middle. Most peaceful place I have stayed. The balcony provided numerous opportunities to sun bath, relax in the shade, eat… we truly enjoyed this location. Apartment is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, snacks and necessary accommodations. The beaches are a short walk away. It was the perfect place to have a nice quiet relaxing vacation. The host was very friendly and maintained communication throughout our stay as necessary. I would definitely put this on my return list. Probably one of the best, most recharging vacation.

Alessandros place was lovely. Such a good location in the middle of old town with an abundance of shops and restaurants surrounding. The Port is also nearby to park a rental car which was very convenient. Check in was smooth and the apartment had everything we needed- from kitchen utensils to beach stuff. Air con also worked really well. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!
