The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

You will live in a house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with a gym, cinema, gazebo and unobstructed views of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, infrared sauna, cosy parlour with stove and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Garden in front of the house for your exclusive use. Children and pets welcome. Supermarket 1.1 km, city 3.5 km away. Electric or stove heating firewood incl.

Apartment in the cowshed

The apartment, located in the former cowstables, consists of a 40-square-meter room that includes a kitchenette and a separate shower and toilet. Thanks to the three floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows, it is pleasantly bright, and the underfloor heating. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a large sink, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, a sink, and a refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery, and pots are provided for two people.

The master bedroom has 2 single beds, 180 × 200 and a sofa bed 140 × 200. The bed in the second bedroom is 140 × 200. Each room has a desk and Wi-Fi. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Apartment in the heart of Steinheim with parking spaces for bicycles. The place is centrally located in the Weser Uplands and Teutoburg Forest. From here, cycling and hiking trails (R1) can be reached quickly. Sights such as the Hermann Monument, Externsteine, World Heritage Site Corvey etc. are close by. Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Vacation home near open-air museum

The apartment (80 square meters) is on the ground floor, in a quiet residential area. The open-air museum is very close. Free parking is available on the property. A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. The possibility to charge the battery exists there. The highway (A33, A2) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

From Atelier

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
