Our 100 sqm apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking meadow and nature. The forest is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Steinheim, 3 km away. The Hermann Monument can be reached in about 20 minutes. The Externsteine can be reached in about 15 minutes. Picturesque city centers such as Paderborn, Schwalenberg, Detmold, Höxter and Hameln are easily accessible by car. Many bike and hiking trails invite you to explore the surroundings.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

You live in a house in a listed half-timbered complex from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with a gym, cinema, gazebo and an unobstructed view of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, infrared sauna, cosy parlour with stove and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Meadow in front of the house for exclusive use. Old mill

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the time in our "Old Mill," where in the 19th our wheat was still ground in the 19th century. In 2019, we converted the premises into a cozy, small apartment and are now looking forward to welcoming guests to our farm who want to treat themselves to a break in nature - with walks and bike tours right next to us in the adjacent forest. Or how about just letting your soul dangle by the pond?
