It features a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. Our 100 sqm apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking meadow and nature. The forest is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Steinheim, 3 km away. The Hermann Monument can be reached in about 20 minutes. The Externsteine can be reached in about 15 minutes. Picturesque city centers such as Paderborn, Schwalenberg, Detmold, Höxter and Hameln are easily accessible by car. Many bike and hiking trails invite you to explore the surroundings.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

Welcome to beautiful Detmold! Our apartment is super central - right on the market square. So restaurants, shops, stores, snacks, hairdressers or pubs are right outside the front door. The numerous sights of the region are wonderfully accessible by bus. Buses run 3 minutes away. A cheap parking space is 5 minutes by walk. The apartment is on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in Detmold, with cozy old building charm.

Rustic realm in the countryside

Our place is in the middle of nature, but tourist destinations are within easy reach by car. You'll love my place because of the location, the people, and the wonderful outdoor space, because you can breathe here. Arrival and departure are possible at any time by arrangement. E-cars can be charged at the wall box for a fee (€0.40/kW). Two of the four beds are in front of the entrance to the main apartment, NOT completely inside.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
