It is pleasantly bright due to the 3 floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows and wonderfully warm due to the underfloor heating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a towel dryer, a large sink and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, sink and refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery and pots are available for 2 people.

Relax and enjoy the recreational areas... you can do that in our bright, friendly apartment. In addition to a spacious living/dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is available. On the pull-out couch in the living room, a 4th person to sleep. The large balcony, which faces south, is accessible from the living room and bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee :-)

We were with two adults and two small children in the accommodation and felt really comfortable. Check-in is flexible and easy. The furnishings are just sufficient and seem very well thought out, in the kitchen you will find everything you need, even a dishwasher. The view is fantastic. And the pizzas from the "minibar" saved our lives on the first evening :) Thank you, happy to come back

We had an incredibly nice time with Simon and Amelie! The guest apartment, like the entire house, is completely new and well thought out. The interior design offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Simon is super helpful and gave us great tips for things to do. Even the Externsteine is within walking distance. We felt super taken care of the 3 nights and would love to come back! Thank you to the whole family 🌞

Very nice rustic place and well decorated. Very centrally located, only unfortunately paid parking (on weekdays). First floor not suitable for tall people, because of low ceiling height, but if you stoop, no problem with the other rooms. Roland was a very nice host. Definitely a very nice and recommended Airbnb!
