Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.
