This cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Stein, about 3 km from Nuremberg. The apartment is located in the basement in our house and has underfloor heating. You can park on the street in front of the house. We have done our best to make the apartment cozy and hope that all our guests will feel very comfortable. A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. The apartment is located in the beautiful old town of Fürth. Just around the corner is "Gustavstraße" with many restaurants, cafés and bars. The subway station is only 200 m away. Perfect location for exploring Fürth and the surrounding cities.
