Newly renovated 95 m² apartment in Unterasbach – completely barrier-free. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed for a good night's sleep. There's a sofa bed in the living room. Direct access to the garden offers extra space for outdoor recreation. The location is perfectly connected: In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the S-Bahn – from there it is approx. 8 minutes to Nuremberg Central Station. The Playmobil FunPark can be reached in about 10 minutes (by car). A wallbox is available for electric cars.

In the middle of Stein (near Nuremberg), small but nice

Newly renovated (2020) 3-story historic building refurbished apartment with a private entrance on the top floor (3rd) fully redone in 2025) in a charming brick house. Unfortunately, there is no lift, but the beautiful staircase has been preserved, climbing stairs is good for your health 🙂 Just 50m away, you’ll find the Faber-Castell Castle (with a store inside), home to the Faber-Castell pencil company. The U2 metro line is a 15-min. walk, taking you to Nuremberg’s city center in 15 minutes.
