Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the nearest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

The accommodation is within walking distance of Lund's cultural experiences, parks, restaurants, cafés, museums and much more. The accommodation is about a 7-minute walk from the Central Station. From the station, it takes 14 minutes to Malmö and 45 minutes to Copenhagen by train. If you want to hang out on the beach and swim, it takes 15 minutes by bus from the station to Lomma, Bjärred or Habo Ljung.

Svensk Logcabin, med förebild från USA. Sitt på verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Vid behov av fler sängar finns en lägenhet att hyra i anslutande byggnad. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Studsmatta för barnen. Bra wifi. Parkering i området (6 kr/tim dagtid, söndag ingen avgift).
