In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Mieminger Waldhäusl

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Friendly, bright, quiet studio apartment with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and Area47 are also close by. The property is located directly on the Inntal cycle path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, by train Innsbruck is approx. 35 minutes away.

Our apartment is well located, the sports fields, train station, and restaurants are within a 15-minute walk or less! This newly renovated, two-bedroom apartment has a spacious common area with a kitchen. Each bedroom has a closet and a nice wooden floor. This is the perfect location if you like hiking, biking, or skiing. The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, there is a spacious couch with sleeping function for 2 more people in the living-dining area. The small modern bathroom features a rain shower.

Two bedrooms with large closets and a walk-in dressing room are available on the upper floor. Downstairs is a comfortable couch with a large smart TV and view of the terrace, a bathroom, kitchen and the entrance area with a wardrobe.

Private, open outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.
