In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a refrigerator for food and beverages. The apartment is located in the centre, close to the university, the Botanical Gardens, grocery stores and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. Washing machine available in the apartment. The additional laundry room is in the basement, and it can be accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.
