Spacious accommodation with nice views. We were given clear instructions and met on arrival. The fireplace Waa an added bonus. Not far from the Spa Valley railway and other attractions. Recommend for a weekend away or even a longer stay.

Lovely spacious house with off-road parking. Enclosed back garden good for a toddler to play. Walking distance to the beach. Quiet part of Eastbourne close to Beachy Head but within easy reach of shops and amenities. Would highly recommend. Spent a lovely week here with our family. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

A fantastic stay! The house is spotless, modern and has everything to make life easier. The full sized toiletries are a lovely touch as well as soap in the bottles upstairs and downstairs. The place was easy to find (parking ok but as you would expect for terraced houses and on street it can be busy) and the key safe was easy to use. Beds comfy and well made. Lots of lovely homely touches like faux plants and decor was really nice. We had an issue with the heating when we arrived which was fixed within a couple of hours and the hosts very responsive throughout. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

The apartment was ideally located for us. We parked at the rear as directed by Richard and didn't need to use the car until we left.

We had a great celebration weekend at Hannah’s place. Location is perfect, seconds from the lovely high street. Very comfortable and had everything we needed, and more. Dog bed and bowls a lovely touch, and also the milk, shortbread and chocolate - thank you! Hannah was a very responsive host and let us know we could check in a little earlier. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

A wonderful holiday by the sea! Madelaine is very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative...a superb host. The flat is very clean and comfortable with a modern and Danish style, and has all your modern conveniences for a fully self-catering stay. Madelaine provided a few staples to get me started with my stay, and provided info on nearest grocers and shops in addition to nearby attractions. It was a completely comfortable and carefree week, and I shall miss here while I'm gone and hope to be back soon. Staying at Madelaine's flat is very much like visiting with faraway family, warm, inviting and helping you make the most of your stay.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

We booked Duncan's place as a group of 4 so we could visit a friend who has moved to Uckfield. We used the house as a base for sightseeing and to visit a local parkrun, then we left early today to participate in a local 10km event. Duncan's place was perfect for what we needed and is a great place to chill with friends.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

Really relaxing couple of days in lovely surroundings (both inside and out). Everything we needed on the doorstep and then back to a beautiful apartment with all the home comforts you could ask for. Wish we could've stayed longer

Lovely spot for a weekend in St Leonard’s

Staying in this flat for a week was like living inside a poem. The decor, the attention to detail, the comfort of the bed, the textures of the carpets and curtains, and the beauty of the surroundings were wonderful. Sitting on the rocking chair watching the sea was a delight every day. It was like going back in time, but with all modern comforts. A few minutes walk away is Maker & Baker, the best bread in town. It’s right on the seafront, just between Hastings and Saint Leonards, so walking distance from most places you’d want to go or an easy taxi ride anywhere else. The most beautiful and satisfying Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Kimberley, for creating such a lovely space.

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Outstanding in every respect - a real find! The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and in an excellent location only a few minutes stroll from the seafront. The flat is equipped throughout to a very high standard, and is full of thoughtful little extras which made our stay really special. A real home from home - very highly recommended.
