Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from the bedroom. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Hoots Treehouse is a picture-perfect, romantic, luxurious treehouse with all mod cons in an area of outstanding natural beauty - only 45 minutes south of M25. Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
