We had a very lovely stay at Lisa and Jane's beautiful home. They were brilliant hosts and were very accommodating - from supplying us with some baking equipment to helping us with many queries and replying within minutes. The house was beautifully furnished and the bedrooms were so comfortable. The hosts had prepared extra beds for our children which made everything so much easier when we arrived at night and near bedtimes. The kitchen was very well equipped with numerous plates, crockery and cooking utensils. The dining room had many DVDS and games and the piano was a wonderful inclusion to a holiday! The location was perfect and right in the Old Town - we were pleasantly surprised to have so many vintage stores, homeware, cafes and pubs only a few minutes walk away. The house is also situated right next to the beach, Hastings Contemporary and the arcades which helped entertain our kids! I would thoroughly recommend staying here - it was perfect, thank you Lisa and Jane!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

Really fun beach house. The house had spectacular views of the English Channel and also countryside, well organized kitchen and fun game room.

A wonderful holiday by the sea! Madelaine is very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative...a superb host. The flat is very clean and comfortable with a modern and Danish style, and has all your modern conveniences for a fully self-catering stay. Madelaine provided a few staples to get me started with my stay, and provided info on nearest grocers and shops in addition to nearby attractions. It was a completely comfortable and carefree week, and I shall miss here while I'm gone and hope to be back soon. Staying at Madelaine's flat is very much like visiting with faraway family, warm, inviting and helping you make the most of your stay.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Very nice little apartment in a fantastic central location. The afternoon sunshine on the balcony was lovely. Pay attention to the height warning! It was fine for me and my daughter, both 5 ft 6, but much taller would have been tricky.

Great stay, lovely host who made everything easy and was really helpful with check in and ideas locally. Brilliant place, full of character, super comfy and amazing views over the sea and pier. Best thing was the balcony with which we were lucky with the sun, had to drag ourselves off of it to see a bit more of town. Also really good value for money, thank you!!!

By far the best airbnb I’ve stayed in. Beautiful interior, really really lovely setting, and the attention to detail from the hosts Toby and Orla was head and shoulders above what I’ve experienced in some airbnbs before. Everything you could possibly want, all appliances etc are great, they had a very very detailed guide in the apartment and the location is amazing. Perfectly clean, great communication, we will definitely be back and cannot recommend this place enough! It is 100% worth it. Thanks Toby & Orla!

A little 'Gem', Andreas place is perfect for a seaside weekend or if you are visiting the De La Warr Pavilion. Just a stones throw from the beach and promenade and only a ten min walk into town makes this apartment ideal with the added bonus of off street parking. You enter into a cute courtyard with seating which is really lovely, especially like us, you have good weather. Everything in the apartment is spotless and decorated to a high standard with nice finishings. Cosy lounge area with large smart TV, large bedroom with the comfiest bed and pristine bathroom with huge bath and shower over. Small kithcenette area, with microwave, kettle, toaster, mini fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Andrea is a great host and quick to communicate, it's obvious she wants you to have a nice time. We really loved the space and the peace of this apartment in a well located area, we will definitely be back, thank you Andrea.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

Amazing location right by the pier with a huge window offering a beautiful view over the sea. If you wake up early, be sure to take a look and enjoy the morning light! The bedroom is at the back, so it was nice and quiet at night, in spite of the central location. Easy walking distance of train (Warrior Sq or Hastings) and my fave pizza place Rustico (it’s not fancy, but it’s really nice food!). Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, nice sound system was a bonus!

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

A brilliant location for exploring St Leonards and the surrounding area. Everything about the flat is gorgeous, very clean, well equipped and of a high standard. We had a warm welcome from Jackie and knew she was on hand should we need anything, thank you.

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.
