Holiday rentals with beach access in St. Leonards On Sea Beach

Great host would recommend to anyone in the area stay here!

The apartment is super close to all amenities of central St Leonard’s - restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, cinema, and station all a few minutes’ stroll away. The entrance is tucked away at the back of Marine Court, with glorious sea views from the front living room/kitchen. Super comfy beds and gorgeous bedding made the two quiet bedrooms peaceful spaces to rest and relax in. Whole apartment is stylish and well-equipped and a great base for enjoying St Leonard’s and Hastings.

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

Had a lovely few days at the apartment . Easy to find with great directions and communication from Wendy . Fantastic location , close to everything loved the old town and fish and chips at Maggies . The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything that was needed during the stay , lovely and clean . Overall a lovely trip , would highly recommend 🤩

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

Arlo’s communication was excellent! Thank you so much for trying to accommodate our possibly late arrival. The flat is bright, clean and had everything what we needed. The view is AMAZING! Will come back again!

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. My family and I wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was spotless which made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed, from kitchen essentials to towels and toiletries. The views from this flat are stunning! We enjoyed looking out at the sea. The flat is situated on a hill about a 15 min walk away from the old town and town centre which was perfect! Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I really appreciated Bindu’s attention to detail and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

We had a wonderful time at Andy's cottage! It was compact but had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for walking to all of Hastings' main attractions. Andy was quick to communicate and provided lots of helpful information, and meeting the cute cat, Blue, was an extra bonus. Thanks, Andy!

Fantastic historic cottage in a perfect spot to explore Rye...situated by the stunning church, close to the cannons you can soak up the history.

We loved our time in Sam’s cottage. It was close to the beach and Rye with great walking. The house had a lot of character, was generously sized and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved all the vintage touches. I would recommend anyone wanting to be near Rye to stay here.

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Tracy & Marks property was very spacious and just what we needed for a weekend get away with our friends and their families. We traveled with 3 children under 2 and luckily Tracy & Mark were very kind and flexible with our check in to work around nap/ feeding times which was a real help. The house itself has everything you need in the kitchen, which looks out onto a lovely garden, the dining room next door was very big and a great place for cooking group dinners, the lounge included a small pool table and a darts board, they also had a great selection of board games. The location is just a 4 minute drive from the beach front in Hastings, which had some great shops, & really lovely places to grab a bite to eat and drink. We had a fantastic stay, thank you both!

Our family had a wonderful break! This was our first trip to camber and with our new dog who absolutely loved it! We have two boys who thoroughly enjoyed playing table tennis every day and walking along the gorgeous beach. Thank you for being so helpful with all the guides on places to see and places to eat. Thanks so much David & Donna for a wonderful stay. The location was brilliant for proximity to the beach which was perfect for the children. The games room, table football and board games made our time very enjoyable. We went out and about a lot enjoying lovely days out at Battle, Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux castle plus also enjoyed lovely meals out. Our favourite restaurant was the Thai restaurant in Battle (wonderful and would highly recommend)! The house was also the best equipped of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in! Thx so much.

This is a perfect place for exploring Eastbourne. It is near the sea and not far from the town centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and leafy. The accommodation was extremely spacious and Caroline included every possible incidental you could think of. She was there to greet us on arrival and at our departure - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay here for one night, it was perfect for our 24 hours in Bexhill. The place was spotless and the bed was really comfy. Highly recommend!

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

We had a lovely stay in Hastings. The accommodation was perfect for our mini break. lots to do in the area with my six year old son and only a short walk down from the train station. the flat was very clean, calm and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s flat. The space was beautifully presented and spacious - even more so in real life than the photos show - and was very clean. Nicola was also accommodating with our arrival time and offered great local recommendations. We hope to stay again!

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!

This little house suited very well for our needs. The host was very helpful and friendly. This house lies close to the train station and it is not fare to the sea.
