It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. There is the added advantage of a private courtyard garden with access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.

We are ideally situated just a few hundred yards from the beautiful working fishing harbour of Mevagissey, with its numerous pubs, restaurants and shops. National Cycle Route 3 passes within 100 yards and there is easy access to the South West Coastal Path.
