The beaches of Charlestown, Porthpean, Pentewan and Carlyon Bay are just a ten minute drive away. It's a great location from which to explore the sights of Cornwall. There is even a cycle path in the village which you can take to visit the Eden project. St Austell Train station is 1.6 miles, Newquay Airport is 14 miles .

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Connie's Cottage, Charlestown

For just two people, Connie's Cottage stands within 250 metres of Charlestown's famous harbour and beaches and of the South West Coast Path. Stone built and with many original beams and slate floors the cottage is very characterful but has been sympathetically modernised and includes gas fired central heating. There is non-restricted car parking available immediately to the rear of the cottage however in high season it may be necessary to park in the nearby pay car park.
