Family-friendly holiday rentals in Split

Thank you Pava for a great stay! It was exactly as described. In particular the best bits are how close it is to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy, easy to check in. Lovely walks around the park, to beaches and viewpoints, all with easy reach. Close to the airport which Pava had arranged a transfer for us. Pava was always contactable to recommend places to visit and answer questions. I would defiantly book here again!!

We had a crazy travel schedule and Josip was super patient flexible. Place was awesome! Loved staying inside the palace where everything was vibrant and alive. Definitely in the middle of all the action. Accommodations were great. Awesome AC! I think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Zvonimir and his family made me feel like home. Great view, quick internet, stores nearby. The location is great for someone who enjoys mountain biking and hiking.

Josip was a great host. Always responsive, great with recommendations, and on time to meet us at check in. Very flexible with the overall process.

Marina is a very sweet and helpful woman! She can also tell you a lot about Split and the surrounding area. We enjoyed her beautiful, luxurious and neat penthouse. Everything has been thought of and everything is there. We recommend everyone to stay here

Had a great time staying at Jasenka's place. Location is ideal for visiting most of the places by foot. Jasenka and her daughter were very nice, helpful & kind throughout our whole stay. Would definitely visit again :)

this place is in a great location 5 min walk from where everything is happening shop just outside your door ,host didn't bother a lot said what needed to be said very friendly , would reccomend and stay again!

We stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful, small apartment and felt very comfortable. Definitely worth highlighting is the great large terrace overlooking the Mall of Split. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a small bakery and a pizzeria. A school and a church are also neighbors. 😉 The bus stop to go to Split, for example, is within walking distance - so all in all a clear recommendation. Bozana is very caring, helpful and responds immediately. Thanks again to the father, who provided us with grapes, among other things 😀

This was our second stay at Bianka's apartment, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The recent upgrades, including stylish new furniture and a beautifully remodeled bathroom, enhanced the already impeccable interior design. The memory foam bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the apartment remained quiet throughout our stay, ensuring restful nights. Its location is perfect—within easy walking distance to Diocletian's Palace, the Riva, Marjan Park, and numerous restaurants. We appreciated the convenience of the modern kitchen and the washing machine, which made our stay even more comfortable. Bianka even left us a bottle of fine local wine as a welcome present! Mornings on the private garden patio with coffee were a serene start to our days. Bianka is a gracious and attentive host, making us feel truly at home. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Split.

Spacious and clean appartment. Free parking in the street. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes and the nearest beach in 15-20 minutes. Luka is a friendly host who responds well. We warmly recommend this home!

Igna was a very good host and very responsive. The accommodation was well located and in a quiet neighbourhood. Loved the outdoor areas, the flowers and trees smelled amazing! Only slight downsides are the neighbourhood cats which can get quite loud (but very cute!) and the upstairs bedroom gets very warm at night (though we are used to British weather so not equipped to handle it) overall a very good stay, great host and fantastic accommodation, would definitely recommend

Hosts were helpful if needed, the apartment was clean and the balcony and views were fantastic. We loved having use of the lovely pool. As pictured the kitchenette is very small and sink hard to wash up in; the living area was quite small but we coped as we weren't there much! The apartment is up a very steep windy hill which would be hard (and a bit dangerous) to walk up especially in the heat. Took us about 20mins to drive into Split, you can also get a bus.

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

We, a family of seven, were in this beautiful house for ten days. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and felt very comfortable right away. The two apartments we rented are very modern, chic and in an extremely good condition. The amenities are very good and hospitable. We didn't miss anything. What irritated us a bit at first was that the two apartments have no connection to each other. We didn't have that on our radar, but we found a good solution for us. The location is great, you can quickly reach Split or Trogir and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes by car. There are also some good restaurants. The sea and a very good and cheap bakery are right outside the door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the kids loved the heated pool. We absolutely recommend the place and would book again immediately.

We loved staying in Marijo's apartment. Beautiful location with a view, pool, and he and his wife were extra sweet providing some food and drinks. It's about 30 min to Split and a surprising amount of traffic but great to be in the location. And private garage parking. Thank you for having us!

We had a lovely stay at Ante and Ivana's beautiful house. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful views. The place was very clean and Ante and Ivana were very prompt with their responses, even messaging during the week to see if we needed anything. We also really appreciated their welcome treats. There was a slight delay in check in as there was a miscommunication with our uber driver and meeting hosts (as we arrived later in the evening) but once in, there were no issues. The family of tortoises was also a highlight. Location wise there is a local shop and cafe nearby and Ubers are easy to use. Town is a 15-20 min drive away and klis fortress is 20 ish mins which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.
