Mansion holiday rentals in Split

We were travelling as a group of 9, including 2 teenagers and 2 children under 10, and this villa accommodated us all perfectly. There was ample space to socialise or enjoy quiet moments apart, striking the ideal balance. The top-of-the-line kitchen facilities gave us the option to stay in, and with groceries delivered, we could easily store a week’s worth of food. The high-tech TVs kept the younger ones entertained with their favourite shows. The rear of the villa, with its stunning sea view, is slightly off south-facing so the garden has plenty of sunlight for sunbathing, while the pool stays shaded until lunchtime, perfect for the kids who played for hours in the morning. Croatia’s landscape is breathtaking, and from the villa, you can enjoy views of both the sea and hills. It’s the nicest villa on the hill and truly felt like a home from home. The team have done an excellent job, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect stay!

We decided to spend my mums 60th in Croatia and loved the villa that we chose. We were travelling as a big family and Marija did well in accommodating us all. We were picked up at the airport and shown around the villa. The Villa looked just like the pictures, it was clean and we loved the pool and bbq. Marija was very responsive to any questions we had and was able to offer some good recommendations. The distance to the old town was great especially travelling as a big family. Definitely would stay here again.

Katica and her family were excellent hosts. We were a group of 11 on a stag weekend. We were given taxi rides to and from the airport. The accommodation was just perfect for our needs. We were left alone to enjoy our time yet Katica was available should we need her for recommendations. A great hospitable host were we were made to feel welcome. Thank you Katica and family

10/10 for everything! This place was amazing and we would highly recommend for larger groups. We were 11 people and it still felt spacious and has plenty of bathrooms. Ela was the best air bnb host I have ever dealt with, extremely helpful and kind. The pool and outdoor area is very well maintained and the bbq out the back was a real bonus. You can get Ubers into split for about €15 which was really handy and the local village has two food shops & some great restaurants. We particularly liked the Familia restaurant! Thank you for the best week, we will be back :)

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

Absolutely stunning. The love put into the Green Dream can be felt both inside and outside. Simply fantastic garden, stunning decor inside. Great for all ages. Easy access to restaurants and Split. We hope to be back. Thanks so much to Ana for letting us open the season and feeding us an amazing traditional dinner.

The Villa was amazing, with all we need and more (pool, basketball, coffee etc), clean, organized, practical. the surroundings are also beautiful with beach at walking distance. But what made the stay even more amazing was the host. Before and during the stay Bruno always answered very fast with super helpful answer, great suggestions on what to do and who to contact in the area. Fully recommend!!

Beautiful house. We were a group of 7 girls and we were very comfortable. We loved the kitchen we cooked a few meals. The house was walking distance to everyone. It looks exactly like the pictures and had every amenity we needed.

We are so glad we got to connect with Vernesa and Denisa! They made our stay very enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best stay ever. They really worked hard, which was very much appreciated. They even upgraded the Wifi while we were there, and it's now SUPER Fast, over 300mbps - so important for us working online. We fell in love with the home and stayed a total of 65 nights, and the only thing we didn't get to experience was the pool as we were there in Winter. The area has an entire community of cats and dogs, which was entertaining for our dog Shadow. Just 10 minutes away, we became members of the Hotel President Spa, which was recommended by Vernesa and Denisa and was such a good investment for us every morning with Sauna and steam. They spoiled us with gifts, and we became friends. This place is perfect for people who want to care for a home and feel welcome and warm. We will be back here, and I am looking forward to it - See you soon guys 🥳

Very welcoming host, very clean accommodation, everything was perfect. Only small weak point, a little far from the center but very convenient by UBER, and also by bike or bus Convenience store nearby

Thank you Pava for a great stay! It was exactly as described. In particular the best bits are how close it is to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy, easy to check in. Lovely walks around the park, to beaches and viewpoints, all with easy reach. Close to the airport which Pava had arranged a transfer for us. Pava was always contactable to recommend places to visit and answer questions. I would defiantly book here again!!

Ana was an absolutely fantastic host! She gave excellent recommendations for dinner spots and went the extra mile to book one for us, any questions she was very quick to respond and help every time. She has a beautiful villa, in the most outstanding scenery. Cannot wait to visit again, such a perfect and peaceful place.

I highly recommend Igna’s place if you’re visiting Split! It’s a short walk into Old Town but the house itself is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The backdoor also leads directly to the Marjan Hill Stairs. We were traveling with 3 generations and the house met everyone’s needs. Igna was also extremely helpful. She helped us set up private transit to and from the airport. We were also able to ask the driver, Bruno, to take our family to Klis Fortress during our stay. Overall, we loved our time in Split and Igna played a huge role in making the visit as hassle free and as enjoyable as possible.

Location was unbeatable. Right in the middle of everything. Eugen was very nice and responsive but not overbearing. Apartment was clean and had air conditioning, which being on the 4th floor was essential. Couldn’t hear the neighbors in the building, but could hear what was happening on the street, which we didn’t mind. Would definitely recommend this spot for someone who just wants a simple, clean apartment/studio to be able to explore Diocletian palace and Split.

Lovely place to stay!

Absolutely fantastic location in quiet surroundings. Definitely worth visiting if you're going a lot of people together. Lovely with many rooms and bathrooms. Perfect if you hike as there is an option directly from the house. Great shopping and great museums and cultural sights. - there's something for everyone. Easy to drive to about 20 minutes from the airport in Split. Perfect place if you have children or teenagers on the trip. Good parking options

We had an extraordinary stay at this beautiful villa that lacks nothing, including the quality of its amenities but also the accessories that the host leaves for his tenants. Finally, we would like to thank the housekeeper for his fantastic hospitality and kindness throughout the stay. This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.
