Holiday rentals with a kayak in Split

Zana is a great host, and her apartment is exactly as the photos suggested. We had a great time living there for 5 days. The location is perfect as Riva/Old town was at a walkable distance. The apartment had all the amenities listed & we really enjoyed our time there.

A brilliant apartment, immaculately clean. Branka was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations, also some Easter sweets. The apartment was so close to the sea, we fell asleep listening to it. It was very well set up. Although the weather meant we couldn't use the kayak, it was a great extra, as was the balcony and lemon trees. We couldn't have asked for more. Ubers to Split were cheap and convenient but avoid rush hour. We had a great stay.

The apartment is bright, friendly and well equipped. Everything is modern and new, which we particularly liked. A Nespresso coffee machine and a great fridge with ice cube container made our stay even more enjoyable. As a welcome gift, water and a bottle of Prosecco were waiting for us. The outdoor area is equipped with lounge furniture and comfortable Fatboy beanbags. A special highlight was the garden with a huge fig tree, from which we were allowed to pick fresh figs every day. Two stand-up paddles are available, which we carried as if to the sea, which is only a five-minute walk from the apartment. The large beach of the small village of Stobrec is also a five-minute walk away. The place, which used to be a fishing village and is located on a peninsula, offers many different swimming opportunities. We would come back anytime!

It was a lovely place to stay with 2 families. Maja was very helpful with instructions and super responsive. There was quite a bit of smell coming from the restaurant downstairs but as we didn’t stay much at home it was ok.

Bosko & Ana's villa is a dream! The location could not be more perfect. 1 min walk to the town beach, a little shop on the corner for necessities & restaurants all within 5 mins walk. Bosko arranged an airport transfer & was waiting for us when we arrived. He immediately made us feel comfortable, relaxed and at home in the villa. He & Ana were super responsive hosts & made us feel welcome while giving us privacy & space during our stay. The layout of the villa is perfect for families, with a ground floor en-suite room for grandparents, 3 en-suite rooms upstairs & an open pool area for kids. We had a wonderful stay & didn't want to leave- I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa.

The villa was amazing! We were 7 adults and 5 kids (2 toddlers and one baby) and everyone loved it. It was really good that everyone had their own bathroom. Ivana provided us with a baby strollers so we didn't need to take our own from Finland. She also replied our messages very quickly. The pool was amazing and kitchen supplies were perfect for big group.

Borna is an attentive and hospitable person. The communication with him was great and you could contact him immediately with any questions. The place provided enough space for the five of us. Since we were there in the fall, we could not fully take advantage of the terrace due to the weather - it is certainly the big highlight of this apartment in the summer. We'd love to come back.
