Waterfront holiday rentals in Split

Myself and my husband stayed for 7 nights. We arrived late at night..11.30 pm. and Vedran's son kindly waited and met us at the Church of St. Francis and escorted us to the apartment and showed us how aircon, hot water etc worked. The apartment was exactly as photographed. Lovely big comfortable bed, lots of hot water for showers and sufficiently kitted out kitchen. Beautiful views of Split harbour. Very close to old town and also some lovely little restaurants nearby...try Buffet Fife (worth queueing for) - good varied menu and food and drink reasonably priced compared to other places in Split which can be a bit pricey. No. 12 bus stop close by which goes to Kasjuni and Bene beaches. Check out Promet App for public transport. Also 10 min walk down the Promenade - Riva - for ferries to islands. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

Gloria is an amazing host - flexible, communicative, and attentive. The studio apartment is well-equipped and in good location; with easy access to public transportation, and a short walk to the beach and supermarkets. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

One of the best kept AirBnBs. The amenities were very thoughtfully selected and placed the place had everything, from beach towels, to shopping bags, to extra blankets. The host made our trip extra special by placing a bottle of rose for us to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommended, great experience!

We enjoyed our stay very much. the view of the Port is spectacular. There are many restaurants in close walking distance. Vina met us in person and told us about places to eat and shop nearby and what day trips we could take. The apartment is very clean and safe. The kitchen and the bathroom are very clean and stocked up with everything necessary, including shampoos, soaps and detergents. There were several extra blankets in both bedrooms, many shelves and cupboards, plenty of coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Everything was excellent.

Without a doubt the best location, not in the heart of the center but within walkable distance of every spot.

Goran, the host, was extremely friendly, communicative and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. There’s everything you need to live comfortably. The apartment was perfect location. 5 minutes walk from the bus station and 8 minute walk to Old Town. Check-in and check-out was very easy and straightforward. I highly recommend this AirBnb to anyone considering to stay in Split, Croatia!

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

Siniša apartment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, the apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home. Shops weren't too far of a walk, and anything drivable was easy to get to with Uber. Trogir was easily our favourite place over Split but we found many unique gems walking along the coast. I will definitely book again when I can!

Check-in was smooth and everything was nice and clean in the apartement and we enjoyed our stay there.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful and calm neighborhood and next to the beach, and close to the forest. Unfortunately, there is no shops near the apartment. When we arrived everything was clean and consistent with the description.

Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

Ante and Linda's place felt like a home away from home. They are both friendly, fantastic and very accomodating hosts, the apartment is very good, short walk from the old town, and in a nice neighbourhood with a lovely sight of the sea. We will be recommending this place to our friends and would 100% it recommend to people reading this review.

Amazing stay at Josko and Olesya‘s place. Super friendly and communicative, stunning location right on clear and clean water, you can jump right into the water from in front of the house. We chose to Uber back and forth to split (approximately 20-25 minutes for around 16-23€ per ride), but I believe the bus station is also around the corner. Cute bakery and some bars around the corner with views on the water as well as a nice restaurant on the water is a 4 minute walk away. There is also a little convenience store right next to the hosue with pretty much everything you need! We had an amazing time there! Thank you for having us! Till next time!

This is a lovely new apartment only a few minutes from everything you need: groceries, butcher, hairdresser, walking path and beach. The apartment is super clean- my #1 priority when booking. 2 balconies. Private and makes you feel like a local. The local coffee shop is really nice too. Highly recommend this property and Ivana, the property manager if fantastic and answers all questions and requests.

We loved the vacation at the place. That was actually the cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to. The equipment is new and modern, everything necessary was available. Nearby there were a few restaurants and shops, the beach is also in approx. 5 minutes' walking distance. The contact with Anita and Zoran was extremely friendly, we were personally received. Checking out was also straightforward.

Toni’s place was perfect!! My wife and I booked a stay within the palace walls and it ended up being intolerably loud so we left after one night and was able to book Toni’s place! It was SO MUCH better. Right outside the palace walls, so it is close to the action, but very quiet. Amazing view of the sea off a small balcony. Toni had the place stocked with coffee, shampoo & conditioner, band-aids, razors and pretty much anything you may need. The AC unit worked well. You get in with a code for each door so check in was very easy. Right next to a supermarket as well.
