Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Split

Great place to stay and great host. Everything was perfect, communication before we came and when we arrived. We were family of four and it was perfec for us. Peacfull street and beach, shop and bakery are just 5 min walk. Split and Trogir are 15 min far by car, but there is also a bus station nearby.

Luka is an amazing host! He met us outside in the parking lot and showed us how to get to the garage and into the apartment. He was very responsive with any questions that came up. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated the drinks and snacks provided by the host. We had a rental car and at first thought we were going to have to drive to Old Town but it ended up only being a 20-minute walk which we really enjoyed, and then we took an inexpensive Uber back. Note that we discovered taxis cost three times the amount of Ubers in Croatia so we avoided the taxis. Busy downtown neighborhood but nice and quiet at night and close walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Clean and beautiful apartment, 10 minute walk to old town. Loved it! Would stay again! We accidentally took the house key with us and he was so kind about it and let us mail it back. 10/10!!

die Wohnung ist absolut wunderbar, es gibt alles was man in einer Wohnung braucht. Sauber und sehr schön dekoriert. die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig und alles zu Fuß erreichbar, strand, Supermärkte... Mate war sehr freundlich und Hilfreich. ich würde sehr gerne nächstes Mal diese Wohnung für mein Urlaub buchen.

The location was perfect. We loved being right between the park with all the beaches and the old downtown. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We also loved the balcony overlooking the soccer field - our kids even played a pick up game with some friendly locals. Thanks for a great stay!

Anita is a true Superhost, and I recommend this location if you’re staying anywhere in the Split to Podstrana area. The two terraces provided great views and the entire apt was well equipped for our needs.

A lovely apartment with everything we needed. Short bus into the old town, and walking distance to beaches. Marijana was a great host, very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great time, thank you!

Exactly what was listed, Vlade was a good host and cleaned our apartment even when we had not requested which was very kind, good location with good bus route next to it, Vlade always had good communication and helped us with any enquirers that we had

Guter und freundlicher Kontakt. Alle offenen Fragen könnten geklärt werden. Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern und war wie beschrieben. Auch der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, viele Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Gegend.

We were greeted by Tomislav's parents which were super friendly and welcoming. The house had all we needed for a comfortable stay and the area is super quiet and ideal for relaxing, away from the chaos and traffic of the city. Everything we asked for, Tomislav promptly helped with and we also spent some time chatting with him learning about the area and Croatia in general. Tomislav speaks perfect English and is super reactive, 100% would recommend!

Staying at Antes place was absolutely amazing for our family! It was our second time in Croatia but would stay here again in a second We had an extended family of 10 in town for a wedding in Zagreb, and to start our trip we stayed here. The place was serene, peaceful and well equipped for everything we needed. We absolutely loved every moment of this stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you, Ante and family for making us feel so at home and for your beautiful hands on touches.

Very friendly owner, you can taste fresh fig fruit straight from a tree and relax on nice terrace where sun shines from morning to evening. Few minutes walk to clean white sand beach. Shops and restaurants are at walking distance and you can get to trogir and split cities by local busline. Overall very pleasant stay.

Super fijne vakantie gehad in het verblijf van Ivana! We werden door de host opgehaald van het vliegveld (tegen betaling) en kregen welkomst drankjes. De eigenaren waren super lieve en behulpzame mensen! Vragen werden snel beantwoord. Verblijf was heel erg mooi en netjes. De buurt was rustig en heel veilig. We hebben erg van het ruime buitenverblijf genoten. Er was een groot aantal zit- en ligplaatsen aan het heerlijke zwembad. Al met al echt een top verblijf!

Majira et son mari sont des gens charmants qui nous accueille dans leur propre maison. la maison est authentique et ressemble aux photos et nous y avons trouvé tout ce qu'il faut. nous avons été particulièrement touchés par l'accueil de ces hôtes adorables qui nous font sentir comme en famille, et qui nous ont proposé un repas car nous étions arrivés plus tard que prévu et n'avions rien pour le dîner, nous leur disons un énorme merci. dommage que la barrière de la langue nous ait posé des difficultés notre anglais n'est pas très bon mais ce sont des personnes qui méritent à être connues. n'hésitez pas à y poser vos valises leur accueil chaleureux vous séduira.

great accomodation, great and responsive hosts. the apartment was perfect for us. The pool and garden were maintained daily by the hosts and they even tidied up a little after us daily which was a very nice and unexpected. the outside space is great for the evenings. I would recommend having a car as it is out of town however the Uber cost is only about €10 each way to split.

I had an exceptional stay at V Luxury Apartment in the heart of Split. The space is beautifully designed with high-end finishes, a comfortable bed, a spacious shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its central yet peaceful location—just a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva—made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing with a coffee. Zana, the host, was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond by providing snacks, drinks, and a thoughtful tour of the apartment. This is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and hospitality—I highly recommend it!

We loved Jure's place. It has a perfect layout when traveling with another couple or family with two bedrooms and a full and half bath. The apartment has a lovely garden with a jacuzzi, and there is parking for your rental car. Everything you need is within a block - a grocery store, drug store, pharmacy, beauty salon, fish market and cafes. The bus stop is a block away and Bus 8 comes every half hour to old town. Also, Jure was an awesome host. He was very responsive, full of good advice and his staff kept the place spotless. He went out of his way to forward something very important that I left and he was so gracious about it. Can't say enough good things about this stay.
