Seither steht der ehemalige Wasserturm Urlaubern, die das Besondere suchen, mit allem Komfort zur Verfügung. Auf vier Etagen entstand ein top saniertes Domizil, in das alte Elemente des Wasserturms stilvoll integriert wurden. We offer you our motorboat "Kalle" for overnight stays – a Dutch cabin boat with the authentic rocking charm... It is located on our two-masted clipper "Ronja" and on "De Liefde" and 10 minutes' walk from the old town directly on the Weser cycle path. The entire Klabauter bed fleet consisting of the motorboat "Kalle," the motorboat "Johann" and the flat-bottomed sailing ship "Ronja" can accommodate up to 19 guests and can also be booked completely if space is required.

Our house with five different sized 3-star apartments is located in the center of the village, 300 m from the train station, 300 m to the beach, 150 m to shopping, bakery 3 houses away, rose garden opposite. The apartments are well thought out and equipped so that you can feel at home on your vacation without everyday life. This 42 sqm, well-equipped apartment "Inselrose" has 2 balconies, from which you have a good overview of the events in the village.

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
