Close to the beach and right in the center of Wangerooge with a side sea view from the balcony. The apartment on the 4th floor can be reached comfortably by elevator. On 22 sqm you will find everything to relax from everyday life. In the modernly furnished living/sleeping room, a cozy sofa bed and a nice dining area await you. The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with a shower with a deep entrance. Visit one of the delicious restaurants in the heart of Wangerooge or conjure up something in the kitchenette.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Die Ferienwohnung „Lüttje Bernstein“ im Haus Mellum gegenüber dem Alten Leuchtturm ist eine Wohnung für 2-3 Personen. Sie ist mit viel Herzblut und Individualität eingerichtet. Im Jahr 2021 wurde sie komplett saniert mit Landhausdielen, eine neue Einbauküche und hochwertige Möbel (Bett 1,4m) Dabei wurden die charmanten Fliesen im Bad aus den Siebzigern gekonnt kombiniert mit neuen sanitären Elementen und einer stylischen Tapete. Dieses Einraum-Apartment befindet sich im 1OG.

The seaside resort of Bensersiel or the small town of Esens are also within easy reach from here - the perfect place to explore beautiful East Frisia (without any spa fees).

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with partly covered terrace, garden & grill in a quiet location directly behind the dike. The beach in Harlesiel and the harbor of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, spa cards are not necessary.
