Close to the beach and right in the center of Wangerooge with a side sea view from the balcony. The apartment on the 4th floor can be reached comfortably by elevator. On 22 sqm you will find everything to relax from everyday life. In the modernly furnished living/sleeping room, a cozy sofa bed and a nice dining area await you. The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with a shower with a deep entrance. Visit one of the delicious restaurants in the heart of Wangerooge or conjure up something in the kitchenette.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Wir vermieten eine einfache, ältere, saubere NICHTRAUCHER - Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung liegt abseits vom Touristenbummel, ca. 1000 Schritte oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Meer und Strand gelegen. Schreib uns einfach , wenn Du Interesse hast. Wir freuen uns, Deinen Langeoogbesuch so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Beste und meist sonnige Grüße von der Insel Langeoog. Tipp: Im kühlen Frühjahr wirklich nur für kälteunempfindliche Gäste geeignet. Nicht für Allergiker geeignet!

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
