Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

We stayed here for a long weekend in May The environment and location are beautiful, in the green Umbrian hills and away from traffic and noise. We had some difficulty finding access but Bianca gave us phone support. The house has everything you need for your stay. I suggest bringing some food supplies because the house is a little far from the town center, about 2 km, but there is a bakery that can also be reached on foot, although not very close

If you are driving around Umbria to view Perugia or Assisi, this is the perfect stay. It is a fifteen minute drive to both locations. It's very close to the Assisi airport, but the planes are infrequent and not at night so noise is not an issue. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures. You may be thinking "it's too far and we won't be able to walk." There is plenty of parking in Assisi and Perugia. You will be thankful you stayed here instead.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with olive trees park just outside the walls of Assisi. We especially appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the park of the villa.

Beautiful view from the roof terrace, spacious, very beautiful. Minus: high and unmarked tree in the kitchen. Please beware!

It was a short stay, 2 nights, but the house is clean and comfortable with everything you need, from kitchen equipment to washing machine for quick washing. Easy and quick to get to the center of the city, great location. Therefore thanks

Antonello went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. It was our first time in Perugia and the stay went great. Paola was very nice and approachable, welcoming us like daughters. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and equipped with all amenities. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a pleasant stay, slightly away from the chaos of downtown but conveniently connected thanks to the mini-meter, whose stop is right next to the apartment

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

I went to watch volleyball.It is a short walk from the mini metro station and within walking distance of Parabalon.There were supermarkets, cafes, etc. nearby, and the location was good. They also provided water, coffee, basic condiments, towels, etc., which was very appreciated.　I had a problem once, and when I talked to the host, they responded right away. I want to use it again.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.
